Our Privacy Commitment
Alpha-5 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Discord bot and website.
We use Google Analytics 4 for product analytics and performance measurement on the Alpha-5 website and dashboard. Google Analytics may use browser identifiers and cookies to distinguish visits and measure page views, feature usage, checkout starts, and site performance.
Our analytics events exclude Discord IDs, guild IDs, usernames, server names, Foundry URLs, email addresses, support message text, and raw error messages. We do not hash or otherwise pseudonymize those identifiers for analytics.

Alpha-5 integrates with Foundry Virtual Tabletop (VTT) to provide game management services. We collect and store information about your Foundry worlds, including world names, descriptions, player lists, and game session data. Alpha-5 uses this information for world switching, player management, and session monitoring through Discord.
Access to your Foundry data is strictly controlled and limited to authorized users within your Discord server. We do not share your game data with third parties or use it for purposes other than operating Alpha-5. Foundry data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
